It was a great trip, well planned, and great guides. We were particularly impressed with our guide, Dimitri in Murmansk. He was a really lovely guy and went above and beyond to give us a great time.

This was a wonderful trip. It was highly structured and meticulously orchestrated at every step. One problem I encountered was the phone numbers did not work for my guides. I needed to get in touch with them because I left something on the train and I couldn't reach them. I have spoken with Firebird Tours, through whom I scheduled this tour, and they are looking into it. I hope this can be expedited.
